Our History
First Production (2001)
In 2001, Vetaş Plastik was established in Istanbul’s Güneşli district on a 5,000 m² closed production area. Guided by the experience and expertise of its founders, the company began its manufacturing operations.
First Export (2007)
At the end of its fifth year, in pursuit of its institutionalization goals, all closed production areas were renovated, storage capacity was expanded, and in 2007, Vetaş Plastik began exporting its products to the European market.
We Tripled Our Production Area (2016)
To provide high-quality services at global standards, increase production capacity, and expand our product range, we embarked on a new development in the Çerkezköy-Tekirdağ region. We initiated the construction of a new production facility on a 16,000 m² site, including 13,000 m² of indoor space, neighboring some of Turkey’s leading manufacturing plants.
Ranked Among the Top 40 in Exports (2018)
Today, at our state-of-the-art facility, we produce world-class packaging solutions, serving companies listed in Turkey’s Top 500 and Second 500 rankings. We export to numerous countries within the European Union, and as of 2018, we rank 36th in exports within our category of flexible packaging.
Now Among the Top 10 in Exports! (2020)
In 2020, among all flexible packaging manufacturers in Turkey, we ranked 9th in export volume. With this achievement, we are steadily advancing toward our goal of reaching the Top 5, and we take great pride in contributing to our country’s economy through exports.
